When all is said and done, it is not a lack of analysis or resources or effort that leads to a poor return on most transformations or change initiatives but rather that ‘people’ have not bought-into the change process and ‘leaders’ do not really understand the factors that drive success – the ideas might be good but the execution is usually poor.
