February 2026 – New Year, New Location Newsletter
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
As we throw ourselves into 2026, I would like to reflect for a moment and say thank you to all of you for your support and for the trust you continue to put in us – serving our clients, partners and colleagues is the most important thing we do.
This New Year represents an inflection point for People At Their Best, with tremendous changes, challenges, opportunities and aspiration stretched-out before us.
- After 15-years in Sydney, we have relocated our office to Launceston, Tasmania and commenced a new life here in one of the world’s great cities of gastronomy, architecture, natural beauty and festivals. (The photo above is of Launceston).
- We have strengthened our Associate network so that we can continue to service our clients to the same exacting standards, no matter where they are in Australia. I wanted to especially single-out Andrew Kelly Andrew is one of society’s great thinkers and has a track record of helping organisations transform and move towards high-performance.
- Likewise, we continue to build our relationship with Tony Nimac Tony will continue to bring his financial and commercial expertise to the work we do.
- Regarding our clients, I wanted to celebrate Ingrity Ingrity bring extraordinary value to the data and analytics sector. The ability of Ingrity to surface insights that drive business growth and efficiency, is unmatched. This year, Ingrity has been accredited as a Great Place to Work and we couldn’t be prouder of the people and the culture.
- Regarding our service to you, we have, over the past 10 years, developed and promoted our client-centric operating methodology, which puts us far ahead in creating value for our clients – investing so heavily in unlocking our clients’ needs remains a key differentiator and the foundation for our bespoke services.
- People At Their Best has also joined forces with Andrew Kelly to launch Sapientia et Consilium We believe that with you we can change the world, one conversation at a time. Sapientia seeks to provide a provacative space to share and expand ideas, to have real dialogue about things that matter; a forum where you can look forward, think big, create a different voice and imagine a better way. Get in touch if you want to have conversations that matter.
- This year we will launch a Centre of Excellence for Leadership – our vision is a space where leaders can learn, explore, support and challenge each other and ultimately live best practice leadership that makes the world better.
- Lastly, and perhaps most critically, we continue to develop and deliver our Health, Wellbeing & Resilience programs that have a profound impact on peoples’ lives – please reach out if you would like to talk about how you can support your teams and learn evidence-based, practical skills that make lives better.
We look forward to serving you this year and helping you to build organisations where people flourish and do their best work.
