    • Hi PATB team, I must say that I did NOT do what you suggested in your summer newsletter, but I now wish that I had! I could have used the following at New Years drinks!

      But I do hope to make amends in January and stop more;
      “Over this holiday season remember to S.T.O.P. –
      Slow down your breathing and take a moment away from your work;
      Take note of what you are thinking and what you are feeling;
      Open up and be honest with yourself about how you have been behaving and acting;
      Pursue values and ensure what you do next is aligned with those values.”

      • STOPing each day is about the best way to build resilience and prevent us being hijacked by our emotions. Nearly everything we do each day is simply a reflex – a reaction to a stimulus with very little conscious thought. The year is flying by Mark and I can’t even remember New Years’ drinks now.
