Today, I found myself saying, “Learning IS more important than knowing”

What is also clear, is that in an age of AI, human skills are more important than ever, and have become the true differentiator in an increasingly competitive labour market. Along with curiosity, we have also written about the superpowers of agility and empathy, which are also foundations for a strong learning orientation and for true collaboration and innovation.
Doing all this in an accelerated change environment, will also mean that resilience and remaining effective in dynamic situations will be critical.
Get all these human attributes right and you will position yourself to solve complex problems and create real value
